Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to the Site, a website and online service owned and operated by ProjectDressCode Pte Ltd ("The Company"), and its service providers (Service Providers).

This page explains the terms by which you may use our service.  By accessing or using the Company’s services, website and software provided through or in connection with the service ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. 

The terms and conditions set forth hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service" or "TOS"") shall govern the access to and use of each and every web page to be found under the domain “www.projectdresscode.com”(Website) and “www.projectdresscode.com.sg”(Website), and its respective sub-domains and sub-directories (hereinafter referred to as the "Web Site")

The Agreement may be modified from time to time, so check back often. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without notice. If we do this, we will post the amended Agreement on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you decide not to accept the Terms of Service in force, you must abstain from accessing the Web Site and/or from using the content and/or services available therein.

1. Use of Our Service

The Company grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in this Agreement, provided that:

1. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching, or otherwise, of material obtained through the Website without the prior written permission of The Company, Service Provider or the Website. You will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose and you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. All trademarks, graphics, logos, text and design used on this site belong to The Company. All rights relating to such trademarks, logos, copyright, and any other intellectual property rights are reserved to The Company.

3. You do not have to register in order to visit this website. To access certain features of the Service, though, you will need to register with us and create a “Member” account. Your account gives you access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion.

4. You may never use another Member’s account without permission.  When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.  Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall be liable for the losses of The Company or others due to such unauthorized use.

You acknowledge that this Website has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of all sites linked to from the Website and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites linked to from this Website. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You agree that The Company or its Service Provider shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such third-party websites, advertisers.

11. Some areas of the website may allow Users to post feedback, comments, questions, and other information.  You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, publish, display, link to or otherwise make available on the website, and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your content.

12. The Company strive to provide an enjoyable online experience for our users. Nevertheless, we do not make any warranties or guarantees that the Website, or any portion thereof, will be monitored for accuracy or unacceptable use.
