Bespoke Styling @ Jurong Point

Jurong Point brings a new exciting level of shopper experience and privilege with a first-of-its-kind “Bespoke Styling” service in Singapore. This is an innovative mall-level personal styling service that allows professional stylists to pick out apparel, footwear, eyewear, bags and accessories from any fashion retailer housed within the 750,000 sq ft mall to meet the desired fashion needs of the shopper.

This initiative kicks off on 1 December 2011 and engages FIVE renowned Singaporean stylists –
Ms Jen Su, Mr Lionnel Lim, Mr Marcus AC, Ms Verna Tan & Mr Vik Lim, to help shoppers discover a more fashionable side of themselves. All these professional stylists bring a wealth of experience in styling, fashion design or retail experience and from working with print, broadcast and fashion shows, so shoppers can be rest assured that their sartorial destiny is in expert hands.

To demonstrate the limitless fashion options and style possibilities offered by the retailers housed within the 750,000 sq ft mall, four real people were styled with all apparel and accessories found within the mall's retailers and presented one by one with their respective bespoke stylists. Each stylist then explained the apparel and accessories selected to refresh or jazz up the style of their candidate, based on his or her personality, lifestyle, age, occupation and body shape, and also shared invaluable fashion tips and style advice.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR BESPOKE STYLING SERVICE?
1. Spend at least $500 within ONE day using a maximum of three combined receipts.
2. To redeem the free “Bespoke Styling” service, shoppers must register for it
no later than 14 days from date of receipt.
3. Email the following materials to lovethelife@jurongpoint.com.sg
a. Scan or take a photograph of the receipts, and ensure that the dates and
expenditure are legible.
b. A current or recent photograph (no more than 3 months) of yourself.
c. Fill out a questionnaire which can be downloaded from the Jurong Point
website (www.jurongpoint.com.sg). Shoppers are required to provide
their personal particulars such as age, height, apparel and shoe sizes, a
description of their current look, what kind of style or “look” they hope
to achieve from this session.
4. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
5. A representative from Jurong Point will contact you within 3 working days to
arrange for a one-on-one styling session (about 1 hour) with the stylist.
6. Appointments with stylists must be booked at least 7 working days in advance.
7. Only shoppers aged 18 and above are eligible to participate in this service.
8. Other terms and conditions may apply.

HOW DOES THE “BESPOKE STYLING” SERVICE WORK?
1. After receiving the required details from shoppers, a stylist will be assigned.
2. Based on the submitted data, the stylist will pick out at least two outfits for the shopper.
3. The private consultation with stylist will be held at Oasis Lounge (Jurong Point 1,
#02-41, 1 Jurong West Central 2, S648886).
4. The stylist will explain to the shopper their selections as well as where the selected
items can be found within Jurong Point mall.
5. Shoppers will get to try on the outfits to evaluate the proposed styles. (There is a
changing room within the Oasis Lounge).
6. Shoppers are not obligated to purchase any items selected for them as part of the
styling session.
7. Jurong Point will also take photographs of the styled shoppers for publicity
purposes (with customer’s consent).
